THE EVENT

A Quintessentially Events concept of an entirely sustainable gala dinner occasion in aid of The Soil Association. A bespoke menu was created using only in-season ingredients sourced within 25 miles of The Guildhall by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, with everything delivered by boat and bicycle. VIP guests feasted on nettle soup, herring from the Thames and venison from Roehampton and were entertained with jaw-dropping private concert by Annie Lennox.
